General Shipping Information

Business days include Monday - Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.

International shipping fees do not include any countries’ customs, duties or taxes which are determined and imposed by the destination country and are not within the control of Havah Haircare.

*Please note that any additional international duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility upon package arrival to destination.

Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Havah Haircare is no longer responsible for the package. This includes instances of loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays. Customers are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier in such cases. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed, but we are unable to initiate claims on behalf of customers.

*Please note that we are unable to ship to select territories, including, but not limited to: The United States and Canada, South America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

    When ordering outside of the European Union, recipients may be subject to customs duties and fees that must be fulfilled upon receipt of the package. Havah Haircare has no control over these charges and customs policies can vary widely from country to country and are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Customs, duties, and taxes imposed by a recipient's country of residence are non-refundable. 

    Delivery Rates/Fees (NL)

    We utilize PostNL. The average transit time is 2-4 business days. 

    To keep shipping cost minimal, we have applied a flat rate for deliveries within The Netherlands. Orders with products valued at €70 and above are subject to free deliveries within the country.

    Delivery Rates/Fees (EU)

    We utilize PostNL. The average transit time is 3-10 business days. 

    Shipping costs vary across countries within the EU, and to keep delivery costs at a minimum we have applied flat rates for specific EU countries. Orders with products valued at €75 and above are subject to free deliveries around the EU.

    Returned Orders and Address Accuracy

    • What happens if I enter my address incorrectly?

    It is important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Havah Haircare is not responsible for any redelivery fees.

    • What should I do if I need to update my address after placing an order?

    If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, we cannot make changes to the address, and the package may be returned.

    •  Are there any fees if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer’s responsibility.
